Pep Guardiola (Manchester City), Jose Mourinho (Roma), Stefano Pioli (Milan), Abel Ferreira (Palmeiras), Renato Gaucho (Gremio) and Jurgen Klopp (Liverpool) were also shortlisted for the award.


Real Madrid representative Florentino Perez also became President of the Year. He overtook Paolo Scaroni (Milan), Haldon al Mubarak (Manchester City), Jorge Pinto da Costa (Porto) and Herbert Hainer (Bayern).
